I just cannot for the life of me put myself in the shoes (no pun intended) of someone with a foot fetish. I remember my anatomy professor would talk about how some of the nerves from the feet would run very close to the genitals and that might explain some part on why it happens in some people. But he also mentioned that fact a lot, so I assume he was a foot fag too.
