Fuck this shit I will buy RAM now. I listened to you waitfags and it got 5x more expensive.
>>109977682at this point it's like over 50% chance RAM will perpetually increase in cost until all you can do is use LLMs for everything, so yes, buy now
>>109977682I wouldn't buy it now.Just now better next time. You're giving in to exactly what they want.As a reminder places like /pcbg/ have paid shills that will always point to whatever makes companies the most money at any given point and discourage getting actual deals or buying at the bottom. All the DIY PC RAM vendors paid bottom dollar for their DRAM and are selling it at 500%
>>109977707my man do you actually have a computer that needs RAM
>>109977725I bought all I wanted a few years ago.I found a legitimate deal on a motherboard and found DDR5 prices to be extremely good.
if you need it, you need it..I had hoped/planned to do a build in 2026 like I do every couple of years.. last build was +4y ago 3700x, 64GB DDR4 and a 4060TI.So if now I want to upgrade to 128 DDR5 that alone would set me back almost 2K€. That is if I can find some, all are out of stockGuess I should not complain, I have a decent PC with 64GB of ram..
>>109977682>WILL SUCK DICK FOR RAMwe know, OP
>>109977682Life's too short to waitfagHardware is still affordable if you keep an eye out for good deals, especially in the used market
>>109977682Never listen waitturds. They're only waiting because they're poor and unemployed
>>109977682>He bought?
sorry guys, prices aren't going down until i buy. that's how it always goes
He bought?
>>109977682meanwhile ddr4 machinery is collecting dust.99.999999% of computer users is fine dith ddr4 speeds.99.999999% of computer users is fine with sata speed ssd's.move on to your asics already, instead of hoarding pc components.
>buying at the peakngmi
>>109978090ddr4 prices also rocketing now nigga
>>109977682Good goy.
>>109977682wait for chinese companies to start producing ram for consumers. there's no reason to be relying on the US still
>>109978090ASICs for AI workloads also need memory.
>>109977682>non ironically listening to 4chanyou get what you deserve
