Paste on a penis from another image, use the inpainting feature in any AI image generation program (Invoke and Krita are especially good for this) to blur it a bit with random noise, especially around the borders of what you pasted on, and regenerate it slightly so that it fits the surrounding image better. OR crudely draw on the penis by hand and then do the same thing but with somewhat heavier noise application in order to regenerate your crude drawing into a proper penis. It's a hassle to download all the crap to set this stuff up and to learn the basics of using it, but once you've done that, this girlfriend-upgrading job should be straightforward.
