Optionally mask the belly flab so controlnet ignores it. Also would help if you first edited the colors, just bucket fill her hair to yellow and same for clothing if you want to change it. Then mess around with denoise, there's usually a sweet spot where the character changes but the pose is kept. Also experiment with smea-dyn sampler, it needs much less denoise to change details while still keeping the overall shape.
