Load an image in there, right-click the load image node and open in mask editor, draw a mask, save it and run. If you need a general description of inpainting. It does a localized crop and upscale before doing another AI pass over the area. So it fixes common AI issues that come from having low resolution. Eyes are the main thing, which is the reason Adetailer exists. But also nails, zippers, buttons, chains, frills, etc. Anything small or detailed. If you bring the denoise setting higher it lets you do larger edits. Plenty of guides out there on all the different use cases.
