Could it be that "Mosquitoman" is just a moniker kinda like "Batman" or "James Bond" was played by different actors. Mosquitoman can have different artists behind the name because there is no fucking way that the same mosquitoman that gave us Wakako/Sayuri etc art is that same man that's giving us this garbage new art. I think you're mostly just projecting what you want from what Mosquito Man's delivery and not what the people in this thread actually want. At no point did anybody ever demand any of the things you suggested. There isn't anything wrong with appreciating when he adds spice to his story, like the Wakako pet play thing somebody mentioned.

And a lot of fans were weren't fond of the previous story being one step above rape so most fans are closer to what you like his stuff for.

Ultimately just because he's known for the overtanned playboy and mature cheating wife thing doesn't mean it literally has to be that every book. The konbini story would be a great example here where the variety is about as unique as vanilla ice cream, WHICH I might add isn't something he's known for because older stories had them doing things like exhibitionism and being filmed which just made those characters more fun and interesting.
