Mine: Sorry for kneecapping Yuki, especially if she's in fact is your favorite in this regard. I just think answers would probably be more interesting and varied if we set aside the most well known character of this archetype for a moment. But if you want to place her # 1, so be it (honestly she's my favorite petite character in this series)

I'm actually not the biggest fan of this archetype myself, much more of a fan of the "Asagi body type." But if I had to settle on the 4 that I actually do think positively on when giving it thought. It'd probably go:

1.) Bridget
Probably an odd choice to most but I've always liked Nobushito's Bridget for a few reasons. Fox Demon, with a good design and really good H-Scenes imo. There hasn't been a scene of hers yet I didn't care for. A lot of her appeal for me comes from the contrast in her character. She Naïvely learns about sex while at the same time gets completely exploited into doing extreme acts like Gangbangs/Gangrapes (one with Orcs & one with Humans,) Bondage, forced Anilingus, Double Penetration and even Vore, which is pretty metal all things considered. In a weird way, she gives off the same kind of innocent energy Sakura has, in which you kinda just want to bully her in the bedroom. She's the kind of character that at the end of a VN would be paraded around town with nothing but a chain and collar around her neck. Small but noticeable tits, and surprisingly nice ass, I can't complain, character always had good qualities I've always thought..

2.) Saya
Honestly Saya is "kinda" close to Bridget for me. The reason Bridget edges her out is because I think she has the stronger overall lineup of scenes compared to Saya. Saya unfortunately suffers from not having that many appearances, but the few she does have cover a lot of things I like personally. Doggystyles, Pronebone, Anal, her scenes are pretty good despite the lack of them, and her character design is eye catching, and not even in a sexual way..

3.) Arekki
I know! 2 actual Who's. Fake fan detected. What can I say, since this archetype usually isn’t my thing to begin with, what tends to matter most for me is whether the character has a good/sexy design and H Scenes. And Arekki actually has a pretty interesting design, and her scenes have also been pretty stellar (relatively speaking.) Her scenes have some of my favorite sex positions and angles, and she's always down to fuck, again, can't really complain. Her scene where she switched places with Kila from KS3 was kind of interesting too. This little Succubus even exhaust Orc's with her lust.

4.) Lilim
For me, the last slot was basically a toss-up between Lilim and Felicia, but overall I think Lilim takes it. Even though she started as more of a generic Gacha character, she’s definitely recognizable enough at this point to not be considered a 'literal who.' While I'll give Felicia's outfit more points for having more class than Lilim (her outfit literally just being elaborate underwear) it does fit her nature as a Succubus. Her Awakened form has lot more going for it, but this is clearly based on the original petite form. Lilim has just a few more Scenes that interest me more than Felicia's. From fucking someone in their dreams, to various devices and tools being used on her, electric shock sex and even Gangbang inside a pillory. Lilim Scenes are decent enough I think to slightly edge in front of Felicia's for me.

Unless I’m forgetting somebody, that’s probably my current ranking..

1) Felicia
I'm not really a big fan of most of the petite girls in the franchise and feel that a fair few of them can lean towards re-treading on previous characters/designs. I suppose she would be the runner-up to Yuki, while her sinister side is entertaining (that will also play a part in my next pick) I think I also rank her highly here due to legacy.

2) Sally Roberts
Very much an expy of BB Hood/Buletta from Darkstalkers, I like how much of a dirtbag she comes accross whenever she isn't putting on a cutesy act. Can definitely understand why she doesn't get too much focus since a big part of her shtick is the classic 'no this small girl is secretly way older than she looks!!!' trope

3) Yuphie/Sophie
Purely for aesthetics and the twin aspect meaning they are almost always involved in something together. Also their obtuseness towards sex in some scenes can be funny such as them getting angry thinking Fuuma lied to them about sex feeling good because he broke one of their hymens

4) Juno
Another one that's mostly just for looks and because I can't put Yuki here. I think their design is nice and really feels fitting for a fertility god

Could be a combination of them liking the idea of having semi-interconnected scenes while also having an absurdly bloated cast of characters at this point (I don't even think it's necessarily a gacha problem, the devs just had a really bad phase around 2024/2025 of adding so many brand new OC girls). So by the time a character gets what will likely be their only unit for the year it's a toss up on whether to try and keep doing what you're already finding success with or risk doing something people don't like

Kouryuu, and yeah. She's my personal #1 out of everyone in the series, with Yukikaze being #2. They have an entirely different appeal, I think. Yukikaze is made for NTR, Kouryuu has the allure of an evil woman tormenting others and/or getting her just desserts.

In all seriousness though, I don't think the backlash for such a thing would be as big as people claim, and might even be drowned out by the excitement over it finally happening. The JP fans also know what franchise they're playing so I wouldn't be surprised if most of them at least acknowledge that such a thing could happen.

Note: I'm not saying people are expecting it, just that the possibility is always there. I'm actually a little more hopeful of it eventually happening with how the AT collab scenes were written, though I'm still not expecting it.

Glad to help and share my thoughts on an underrated character. I was actually glancing at some of her scenes yesterday, they hold up even better than I remembered. Nobushito probably doesn't get the flowers he deserves compared to names like Kagami, Aoi and Zol, but his stuff is pretty damn good. He took over illustrating Marika for Kagami, gave us recent fan favorite Perit and.. I think (If I'm remembering correctly) technically gave us the last Lilith VN.
