The biggest evidence that most racists are clinical psychopaths is that they openly admit it constantly. Its very telling to me that they will often compare blacks, Jews et al to animals or non-human as an excuse to mistreat them. Because even if that were the case, it would be a very poor excuse at best. Animals are evidently less intelligent than people, but racists will often treat other races even worse than normal people will treat other animals. I've often seen the analogy that different breeds of dog are like different races of human, but this comparison doesn't actually present real arguments, since it implies whites are equivalent to dogs just as much as it implies blacks are, which is counterintuitive to the crux of their argument anyways.
