What parts of the UK have low class chavvy white trash people and what parts have all the normal less degenerate people?

Seems like the north of England seems to be chav central as well as the West Midlands. Everybody I’ve met from Reading has been well spoken and not at all degenerate like the chavs I’ve met from up north. A lot of Irish and Scottish people also seem to be quite chavvy

Literally all of them. It's a class divide not a regional divide.

Chelsea or some other posh neighborhood in London

I dont live there so take my words with a grain of salt. However, it seems like low class chavs run amuck literally everywhere except wealthy areas. Outside of touristy areas and London, it’s a chav shithole. It’s sad because I really like Britain.
