Monotheism makes no sense from a thelogical perspective. Polytheism makes more sense. In monotheism you argue there is just one creator who is infinitely superior to everyone else, but since he has a monopoly on power, he also takes all the blame. For example, in Islam, the most monotheistic religion, satan has no power. The Quran says several times satan cannot do anything or hurt anyone, he can only deceive you by whispering into your heart, but he cannot deceive muslims either apparently, so he literally can do nothing. All power belongs to allah. So if Islam is the religion of Allah, that means Allah does not help his own people. The middle east is a war torn shitfest of disease and poverty and the middle east has the most refugees of anywhere in the world. Allah has the power to stop it but chooses not to. It makes no sense theologically how Allah chooses to let Israel bulldoze palestine if Palestine are "his people."In polytheism there is no problem of evil, since gods are not thought of as perfect flawless entities. They get mad and are not perfect, and have equal competition. If you displeased the storm god, no crops this month. If you lost a war, one of the evil, rival gods was conspiring against you. It makes more sense to me.

>>18736257I suspected you would say that. Before Christianity invaded, via impovershed immigrants, tell me, what religion were most white people? Whites were originally polytheists.
>>18736256>since he has a monopoly on power, he also takes all the blameThat would be so dope, but it's sadly not how blame works. You are an agent and you can be held responsible for your actions. Is someone else *also* responsible, for setting this world up? Maybe, maybe not. But it doesn't really help you much.>In polytheism there is no problem of evilNo, there is problem of good, since there is no single source which would grant goodness.
