I'm drawing on a tablet with a stylus and a matte screen protector, which helps give it more of a paper feel, and I use effects and brushes that also help with the traditional look. It's similar to how I don't own a CRT, as owning one just for retro video games is not too convenient, so I prefer using CRT shaders. It's not ideal, but still decent.

On tablet, when you move your hand, there's all sorts of calculations and conversions going on to approximate your velocity and pressure, so its not even really drawing, its more like sending a request to a server and hoping it gives you the line you want. Its like rolling a gatcha. And that's ON TOP of the tablet screen being more slippery than greased ice with no feedback or texture.
