When it comes to comic making, is having an enjoyable but flawed story arguably way more important than having an actually well written one as long as core fundamentals like panel layout and reading flow are professional enough?
you need both, retardstop shitting up the board and go to /mmg/
>>7768769I've never once seen someone explain why Code Geass is "good", it feels like one of those things that brainworms the toonami ironic weeb crowd that has an extremely narrow palette of media they interact with, but wouldn't even remotely hold up to the best films, literature, or hell even other critically acclaimed anime and manga.
>>7768796A lot of people watched it when they were younger, myself included. Code Geass is very "cool". A cool mc and cool mecha. Cool abilities. Cool strategies. It's not one of my favorites or anything, but I'll always remember it because of when I watched it

Most anime fans do not venture outside of the medium and thing that it;s a complex story because of all the weeb shit they were eating before hand. I could never get into it because I found out about it when I was too old (that and tokyo ghoul) but I bet edgy teen me would've loved it.
>>7768769I think the most important aspect of a comic is how easily it reads and how clearly the story comes across. The second most important thing is how enjoyable the comic is. A well-written plot means nothing if the story is boring
women like code geass that should tell you something
