Recently a lot of people have reported sudden lag and stutter when drawing, and couldn't find the solution.
If you experience lag while drawing (as if anyone on this board actually draws), uninstall/disable Overwolf, if you have it installed.

Overwolf is obviously a spyware. The online threads about it are kinda creepy though. A lot of astroturfing defending the program.
