It's fine. Sure you can point out the hands and say they're funny looking, but the image as a whole looks fine. Even the greatest works of art tend to have some wonky elements, but it's the image as a whole that's important.If I were to be really critical, I'd say there's something about the colours I don't care far, and some of the black shadows feel like they could have been done differently for great effect, but that's likely more personal taste than something that's specifically 'wrong'.
