Someone please do breakdown of torso, hip and legs I'm going insane ,ÓÒ
bro you try to break him down and youll get broken down
In general, if you need any advice about anatomy you go and watch Stan Prokopenko on youtube, but there is a chance you already did. I can try to do this "breakdown" in this case even tho I'm rather intermediate drawer
So you start with ribs and pelvis. Latter's shape can be tough to understand (which you can see by my wanky anatomy), no breakdown can be done there, you have to understand it yourself (or with Proko). I advice you to highlight anterior superior iliac spine (asis), it will be important.
Then you draw rectus abdominis which I like to simplify in these two shapes
Then you draw internal oblique
Then you draw external one
Then breasts and shoulders
And now we start drawing upper part of hips. The asis is important bc it helps to understand the turn angle of pelvis and also a pretty good foothold to place muscles around
Yeah I drew glutes
Ok nevermind i kinda realized that the drawing is fucked up and its getting late so maybe next time I'll show how to do legs from start to finish. At this point just get a 3d anatomy atlas from playmarket, it helps
But keep in mind that drawing from life is essential to understand the shapes and forms cuz your eyes perceive stuff in 3d. Not even mirror helps, yep, you'll have to ask someone to pose for you, anon
