I wouldn't, I'd keep drawing other stuff, studying tutorials, and eventually improve somewhat but it'd always sit in the back of my head, I'd never be able to forget I once drew this shit and think all my work always looked like that and will forever.

I wouldn't. I'd finish it and then draw more, while learning in the proccess, you have to finish your pieces early on even if they're lacking, if you aim for perfetion from the get go you'll get stuck.
