Once(in 2018 iirc) i couriered a set of wedding clothes to one of my relatives using a courier service named bluedart. It costed me 500 INR(6 USD) back then. 1 week went by and by then the package should have reached the relative's home but it didn't.
I called and mailed the customer service multiple times in the span of 3 days.
The final result was that they had lost my package in transit. I couldn't do anything back then ;_;
