Northern and Western Europe are wealthy despite having shorter working hours and more vacation time. Why is this?

maybe concentrated and highly motivated work is more efficient than slaving away in shit conditions

how da fuck are we northern europe level

Absolutely.
Happened to me several times by Tuesday we had finished the work for until Friday, then we only had to fuck around only working just-in-time until the end of the week. We could close the orders book in less than 16 hours, the remaining 24 hours were basically leisure.
The secret is going full-force 100% in what you're doing with a big smile. It helps that the boss is close to us and actually wants us to have a good time.

I think it's the focus. Japan is the same. you work. Then you go home and do nothing and then get drunk on the weekend
meds are more like you work all day, have a 2 hour lunch so only get home late. At work you try and put the least amount of work possible. When you socialise you never get drunk and the whole thing is to try and look good to get laid and never have fun

>Why is this?
