desu most food trucks seem like utter shit with dirty immigrants making the food and i'd never visit one unless it's very hypedso i think the trick is to make especially good food while not being a dirty immigrant and also possibly advertising

Food trucks seem like a really difficult niche. If the food is too good, it'll be too expensive for randoms to stop and get something, but then on the other hand if it's too cheap then people will think it's low quality and also not get anything. And the location as well, needs to be somewhere with a constant stream of people
