Brazilians have a warn and cosmopolitan personality and see themselves as a big deal yet are somehow self aware enough to realize nobody quite gives a shit about them (even though they think they should) so they'll remind everyone they exist hoping it somehow sparks something in the global world to create some new found interest about a profoundly boring country isolated from the rest of the world with nothing to really offer that other, more relevant nations, cannot offer already. Whenever I see a brazilian post, anywhere really, I get the same feeling that one gets when he'd witness a personnage that feels or expresses a desperate need to be included in a circle he has no role to fill in.
