After studying Swedish for about seven years I can say my name and "you're cute, shall we fuck on the grass".And then I can say cheers in about 12 languages.
I spent 300 hours doing comprehensible input in my TL and can understand the general plot to children's shows but that's itI got burnt out and gave up. Maybe I'll just try something for retards like Toki Pona or Esperanto instead and learn it the old fashioned way.
