I don't think it's gonna be that simple. I doubt it's going to be a blank cheque. Also, it's not 300B of American tax dollar money. The agreement says Gulf States and private capital. There's also no agreement yet, and given how all the other agreements and negotiations have gone it's a good possibility this will be just a nothing burger. But like I said the likely attempt is probably gonna be to force the Iranian economy to reform and remove some of the IRGC's power structure and influence in civil society. If such a plan does happen it'll probably be a game of trying to outwit the other with the IRGC wanting the money and wanting to keep their positions of privilege, while the investors want a new business elite to emerge that isn't connected with the government. Hard to say who'll win. But it might accomplish what simple bombs are not if played right.
