For the remaining one timers, I check the rewards if it's in one of the small categories or it's a recent one that would be near the end of the list, or the reward amount is unusual enough for ctl-f. Most of what's left after that are for specific ships, where their names can be searched for. Otherwise, I scribble part of the moonrunes into google translate or jisho.org and ctl-f for that. It only really gets time consuming in the rare cases where the wiki has an error. It's not outdated, but it does occasionally have typos.For repeating quests like quarterlies and monthlies, I just log how I did them in my spreadsheet and refer to that list every reset.
