Read about AJATT recently, is this actually legit? I started watching some anime raw and listening to it as audio afterwards when I do daily things, but I'm not sure if it's actually helping. I read on one hand that you should start immersing as soon as possible, but in the same breath people say not to listen to "white noise" I've not really been understanding any of my immersion, but I can understand a little bit of some visual novels.
