AASM just has smaller production runs which inflates the cost per unit because scale of production hasn't kicked in yet. Though obviously the French see the cost as worth it to maintain their own domestic weaponry. Also the 300,000 euro number is woefully out of date, that was how much it cost when it was first adopted in 2007. They've managed to bring it down to 120,000 euros.
