What's the best brand of speedloaders for revolvers? I personally use HKS because of the price but they feel somewhat cheap and finicky to use
Speedload this bussy
>>61482457Ahh! I'm gonna dischoorge!!!
>>61482457
>>61482453Back in my day, speedloaders were called moonclips>Sent from my iphone using taptalk
>>61482493Kids today and their newfangled disposable shit.
>>61482453HKS loaders are fine, and they've been around a long time. Personally, I like 5 Star.>metal construction >counter-clockwise twist to release, which works better for me if I need to operate it with my right hand>they make loaders for an even wider variety of firearms than HKS
full moon clips
>>61482453Probably the wrapid loader.
speedbeez, TK custom, basically any brand you arent willing to pay for.moonclips do be the best tho
Having done maybe a little too much airsoft back in the day, I really like the spring loaded type of speedloader. Anyone have any problem with speedbeez?
>>61482763Based knower.
>>61482453Depends what you want really want out of a speedloader. If maximum speed is the goal, like for competition shooting or something, one of the 'push to release' style or moon clips is probably best. For range use - >>>61482730Consider the five star option. They're a little slower, but nicely made and the loading block is a pleasure to use.
Fucking wheel gun tourists not even mentioning SL Variant speed loades or Dades
Are speedstrips a meme?
>>61485199If nothing else you can combine them with speedloaders to have even more boolits with minimal extra bulk.
>>61485187>SL Variantexpensive>>61485199used to hate them until I came across Zeta6, their strips are actually pretty goodhttps://zetasix.com/
Semiauto Chads are on here arguing about which pistol is best based on which elite tier 1 unit uses it. Threads on best optics, carry holsters, how many thousands of rounds you can go without cleaning.Meanwhile Revolver Randys:>h-how do I load my gun fast?
>>61482453I like my Safariland. Feels cheap as shit like the HKS but it's one motion, no twist.
>>61488638Same. Though I like the HKS as well. Both work well in my experience. Safariland is easier to load with but HKS is a little easier to fish out of your pouch or pocket.
>>61482453Depends on what you want. If you're doing competitive stuff, speed comes before most other considerations, in which case you want moon clips. See jerry's video on technique: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByyEGkdQJF8
>>61482763>>61483976I too know of the nippon fold load of speed. It's nice. I own one.
>>61482730Just bought a pair of these for my 500 magnum and noticed the rounds are floppy with the lock engaged. Not the best construction, but they keep the rounds from falling out.Overpriced/10
>>61482453HKS have given me the best luck across all calibers and guns>>61482730Sadly the 5 star I got for my .32 SP101 is a bitch to release, looks pretty though Only happens when it's in the gun, rounds drop free otherwiseHappens to both the ruger SP101 and Smith Model 30, 32 longs and 32 H&R. Haven't taken the time to see why, just been using the HKS instead
>>61488638Safariland loaders work well, but they're really limited in variety. They don't make any loaders for .32 H&R, as an example.>>61489250My problem with the HKS loaders in .32 is that they get finicky with .327 Federal. Understandable, since they're not advertised for .327, but it is mildly annoying.
