Went out shooting today to try and resolve the feeding issues with the CMR 30. Oiling the magazines seems to help, but still one or two FTF and one FTE which is a new one, didn't seem to cycle at all.I setup man size targets at 100, 200 and 300 to practice using the irons on the CMR30 out to long distances. Pictured is the target at 200. Hitting it with the irons is easy enough, the drop at this distance is only about 1ft, not sure if the hits being to the left was due to wind or irons not being dialed in. 300 was hard though, only scored 2 hits on paper and they were very low. I think I might need a 3x sight if I want to try using it at a distance.Also took my wk181 out to practice rapid distance changes. Using the LPVO at 1x seemed to actually be easier since the drop isn't much at all even out to 300, but I wasn't trying to be precise at all obviously. Had one fail to fire, the ammo reliability is starting to bother me.

Though mine has a bolt release because I designed and made it. Kinda trips me out whenever I use it because I am so used to just using the charging handle.
