I'm downsizing (selling) my pack inventory to consolidate around only one pack for each role, have tried the ones I own for multiple rucks and made up my mind on what I need>day packeagle beavertail: good design, nice for fair weather short events KEEPmr 3dap: looks cool, decent/good design KEEPcamelbak BFM type French surp with side pockets: good design, plenty of space for longer durations, it's the bridge between a ruck and an assault pack, got very large volume with the side pouches KEEPcamelbak mule: nice pack for short events in nicer weather, the main compartment zipper sucks bc it only opens 3/4 of the way, it's in marpat desert so it looks cool and its rarer but its redundant MIGHT SELL>rucksmr SATL: very good pocket design and carrys weight well, futura yoka adjustment is top tier KEEPILBE: decent pack but no external pockets and top access means you got to dig everything out of it, side zippers dont help much, it's got a lide tho, too many straps flopping around even if you use the elastics, heavy as fuck even compared to the others (which are heavy too being military packs) SELLmr m25: it's like a scaled down version of the 6500/tactiplane, as all mr holds weight very well, narrower and taller than a SATL, but its proportions make what was a very good design a poor one bc the sleeping bag compartment doesnt hold shit unless it's a summer bag, and the narrower main compartment makes fitting a winter bag extremely tight, while the satl can fit one easily even tho it takes up most of the space SELLplatatac spur: cool pack and design, I'll have to try it again with weights in bc the last time it was digging in my shoulders a bit but I might have adjusted it wrong, cool design but it's a bit redundant, might keep it just for the coolness and collection MIGHT SELLfor the big ruck role I'm thinking of the mr tactiplane/6500/blackjack 100, the tactiplane being much cheaper, another option is the beartooth 80 with its 270 zipper design
