You can load them as normal for the first firing, and dont need to resize after. They'll fit any 410 gun's chambers, although brass in one gun may not work in another after fireforming for the former.I use no kinds of reloading dies whatsoever. I seat the primers with a bench vise.My gun has cylinder chokes, but 40 cal round ball is .395" dia and should fit through a full choke without issue. A tiny bit of lead may shave, which with a sphere is almost no contact area.Slug diameters vary, i load .410" dia Ballistic Products Thug Slugs that i would not shoot through a choke.I've shot some of these cases about 25 times, they start to get tight in the chamber after that point, i may try resizing with a 44 mag die, dont know if it'll work, not bothered yet.I've done 24 or 26 grain loads of Pyrodex with round ball, makes a very nice thump om the indoor range.Don't bother using pyrodex with shot loads, only use smokeless. BP and substitutes use too much precious case capacity.I can post slug load data if you want.You can buy all brass Magtech 410 shells, but they're even more expensive than 444 brass.

He's building it out still, PERST-4 + Klesich + B9K rail on the way. 3D Polymer pistol grip and foregrip. Turning out to be a really cool build.
