Is there a better reasonably priced AKM to AR folding stock adapter?

https://www.aimsportsinc.com/ak-side-folding-stock-adapter/
>>
There was a plethora of cool ass fixed to folding adapters back when we could order shit from russia but now it's probably your best bet along some other US manufacturers but you will spend a bit more.

You're already at the bottom (not necessarily the worst however) without crossing into airshit garbage. Only way to get cheaper is either getting lucky with a china made wish knock off that was just a factory run of those without markings. Or drop shipping a normally more expensive offering and waiting several months.

I don't need it to be cheaper, but I don't see the point in spending $200+. The point of this thread is to see if there's any middle ground option

Nyet, rifle is fine.
>>

Why not just get something with a pic rail and get one of those sig Pic rail folding stocks?
>>
>>62014272
Well since none of them are good, no.
>>
>>62014350
Kvar makes NATO length plastic stocks. If you were too poor to buy a folding stock AK, don't try to nigger rig a fixed trunion into a folder.
>>
>>62015439
Why do you hate poor people?
>>
>>62015537
I don't, I just don't want homie to waste money on shit that doesn't work
>>
>>62015578
Yeah well I would bet 9/10 people would prefer a magpul AR stock on an AK over an AK stock, nato length or otherwise
>>
>>62015591
You are right, but it's because people are dumb. AR stocks have flat combs because the way the rifle works puts everything on a flat plane and the sights are elevated to match. AKs don't have flat combs because they are not designed to work in this manner and the sights are low to the barrel to match. When you put an AR stock on an AK, you create a rifle less ergonomic than either. Why does it need to fold AND adjust? Get a folding stock that's the right size for YOU and fuck off with making an AK into a shitty AR with a folding stock.

Especially since most of the folding AR to AK adapter hinges make for a less durable rifle than either.

So long as you have an adapter that gives the slant, i see no way how the AR stock can be worse. Or how youre somehow losing capability with a telescoping stock, with the adapter and the AK receiver length the minimum setting is already like 2 setting on an AR in terms of LOP.
I also dont own either an AK or AR, just this ungainly thing with a UBR on it, but in my experience the AR stock works fine and isnt a disadvantage
>>
>>62015640
If you slant an AR tube, your buttplate isn't going to be straight up and down, which means that your is going to move the rifle all over the place if your index is a bit wrong. AR style stocks are made for AR style rifles. They aren't made for AK style rifles. Get an AK style stock for an AK style rifle. Even Romy wire folders are better.
>>
>>62015663
Yeah i hate it when my AR stock buttplate is slanted and not straight >:( God imagine if someone made an AR stock with a slanted buttplate that would fuck up the ergoes big time

I'm 6'1 and love the AK. You just have to have shit posture and scrunch down. If your cheek doesn't go all the way into the stocks relief cut, you aren't scrunched enough

This is pretty much what I was looking for, thanks, and when you account for the cost of the included buffer tube, it isn't super expensive

This is a fucking time capsule. It's like I'm really browsing gun vendor sites back in '08.
