Thirty years after the Bosnian War, Italian authorities are investigating individuals who allegedly paid to shoot civilians in Sarajevo. These “human safaris” were organized from Italy, at the heart of the longest and deadliest siege in modern Europe.

This story of “human safaris” made headlines in the Italian and British press on Wednesday, November 12. During the Bosnian War, tourists allegedly paid fortunes to come and shoot at civilians.

Between April 1992 and February 1996, the city was trapped and under siege. The hills overlooking Sarajevo were held by Serbian forces. A report estimates that 11,000 people died, victims of snipers.

It is there, on those hills, that the investigation opened in Milan is focusing its accusations. Foreigners, notably Italians, allegedly came to pay to shoot. Rich men with a passion for weapons.

They reportedly paid the equivalent of €80,000 to €100,000, flew from Trieste in northern Italy to Belgrade, and were then taken to the hills controlled by the militias of Radovan Karadžić, the Serb who has since been convicted of genocide.

The investigative journalist who initiated the investigation mentions a plastic surgeon from Milan who owns a private clinic and another man from Turin.

He says: " They were rich, passionate about weapons, with no political or religious motivation, just shooting or hunting enthusiasts, people who wanted to experience the adrenaline rush of a battlefield."

An investigation has therefore been opened in Italy for voluntary homicide aggravated by cruelty and abject motives. A 17-page complaint has been filed. It includes testimonies already submitted to international courts, such as that of an American firefighter who volunteered in Sarajevo.

Before the International Court in The Hague, he explained: “I saw men guided by locals, clumsy with their weapons, wearing hunting clothes. They weren't soldiers, they seemed to have come to play.”

Wouldn't that just make them mercs who ironically were paying to be mercs or general "paramilitary". What makes wanting to thrill kill worse than killing for a cause in the abstract? At best for their handlers they pop a few enemies or at least distract them with extra warm bodies. At worst they die and you don't receive full payment. How is this any different from the Ziggers and Piggers either hiring foreigners or accepting volunteers? The issue is it would be impossible to find out who was shooting at whom as differentiation between the paramilitary on either side and civilians who aren't wammins or chillins is vague at best and often impossible. Regardless I don't see this going anywhere due to the nigh impossibility of attributing deaths to individuals.

Military contracts

Weren't the Russians doing this at sea? Guiding rich tourists to areas with pirates to then let the tourists shoot the pirates. I wonder if that business collapsed when the Ukie war started.

Since surgeons' daily work involves handling blood and flesh, and therefore a great deal of responsibility, do they tend to engage in extreme leisure activities on their days off?

Normally I’d dismiss this out of hand but Serbs are such vile subhumans that I’ll have to concede that it’s plausible.

Still doesn’t really make much sense though since the siege was still very dangerous even for the Serbs (over 2,000 were killed over the course of it) and the presence of wealthy foreigners (who presumably would have been traveling with armed escorts) would have attracted such attention that we would have been hearing about it for the first time in 1995, not 2025.

I do think it’s possible that they’re doing this human safari shit in Ukraine though, drones make it easier to do it and evade responsibility.

That wasn't real. It was a joke article from a site called To the Point News. They even called it the To the Point Cruise. People just passed it around like it wasn't from the humor section.

Muslims are not human. They can scarcely even be called animals. There is literally nothing you can do against them that could be called atrocity. It’s akin to moralizing against a landscaper for pulling weeds.

You ever kill anyone?
>>
>>64515241
No, why does that matter? If I can observe sub-humanity at a nearly universal level for an entire group, why would my conclusion that they are subhuman be flawed?

guaranteed bro has never seen real violence

there was a somewhat recent American serial killer who claimed that he participated in human safaris in Mexico.

You think appealing to my Islamophobia is going to save you Slobodan?

Sure sounds like a fucking libshit trying to finalize EU plans to disarm the population by painting anyone who can even afford to own one anymore as a psychopath mass murderer who can "get away with it".

This should be grounds for a counter suit as soon as anyone gets named. I would represent these guys in court and laugh all the way to the fucking bank even in Italy because it's so blatantly bullshit.

If I can go through this life without having to kill a human, I will consider it a good life lived.
>>
>>64514992
I kind of don't doubt it happened, how much it happened and who is just the big mystery.
But no, I got shot at and shot people enough on deployments, so if I never have to raise arms against anyone for the rest of my life I'll be fine with that.

UN Commission of Inquiry reports that the Russians carry out “systematic and co-ordinated” attacks on civilians as part of their evidence for Russian forces crimes against humanity. This includes using drones to target civilians. It appears that their drone operators are being trained using civilians, they even post videos of it on Telegram

news report on it: https://youtu.be/CmBGvKB2M5M
>>
>>64515737
Yeah, they use FPVs on old people walking their dogs in Kherson, the supposedly "forever Russian" city that "voted to be a part of Russia" full of "Russian citizens" that require "defending"
>>
>>64515741
On the drone, it is printed "Anti-Offensiv" and so of course it cannot BE offensiv and therefore must be defensiv.
One Love.

"they're not humans" is such an overused argument and really shows how sociopathic most of 4chan is. everyone here is an altruistic bleeding heart until it gets in the way of winning an argument.

Bullshit. Pointless torture is inhuman, corruption to the point of signing a receipt for your body and then being shot is inhuman, rape as punishment... dude a handful of acts renounces your ability to love and feel and care, bottom line.
Sorry, the whole fucking third world has no decency, is that what you want? Yes, you need to be decent to be human.
