Oh, looking closer, that's not even an RPG-7, or clone, rather that seems like it's an even older RPG-2 (or clone).The original warheads for the RPG-2 were basically a straight copy of the latewar German Panzerfaust-150 warhead, ergo actually quite good and economical for WW2 and 1950s standards, but armor kept getting better and there were better ways to do shaped charges and rockets, hence why the RPG-7 was eventually developed.

Life is not like the movies, rpg warheads have trouble detonating on car sides because the metal is too thin to trip the fuse, remember these are made to knock out tanks. In most cases the rocket just passes through. Same was seen on that YouTube video where some Australian tourtist went to Cambodia to shoot rpgs. They all pumped several into a car side and the same thing happened.
