The structure is largely intact, and other vids still have lingering fire between the tail fins. All told, it looks like some sort of engine blowout. That's pretty localized damage for a missile strike. For the sake of not getting too autistic, I'll simplify to say that SAMs work by delivering a giant fucking birdshot shell to the vicinity of the aircraft and then firing. The results tend to be both extensive, and leave a distinct explosive aftermath in the vicinity of the aircraft. We can see a blast cloud in this video, but that matches with the cloud produced by the engine blowout in the other. If it was a SAM, we'd have a second cloud visible.

I don't think there's ever been a case of a birdstrike that has caused such an immediate enormous uncontained engine failure, and if so you'd also see large chunks of airframe bursting out as a result, so it's pretty obviously an external hit. It is genuinely absurd to look at that explosion and think birdstrike, doubly so when as said, AIR DEFENCE WAS IN ACTIVE OPERATION AT THE TIME
