The fact that they've started hitting ships in the Black Sea could really have a big impact for Russia, as they do transport alot of oil/goods from there. Ukraine should adopt a policy that if it has docked at a Russian port, it is a valid target. Especially now since Russia has no real response to this. Hopefully Russia starts getting desperate and sends out air sorties which the naval UAVs with stingers can shoot down.
