As far as I understand it's better for trannies to get over the muscle rather than under if you are at least somewhat active because your pecs will smoosh the implants as you move and they will look rigid and weird. Also in order to avoid the massive gap between the breasts you see often you need to ask the surgeon to prioritise cleavage over centering the nipple. This will mean you have less of a gap BUT your nipples will be pointing more side to side rather than forwards. Otherwise anatomical "teardrop" shaped (and I think also lower profile) implants are better, the "bolton" look comes from high profile spherical implants, and the reason so many women end up with bolton looks is because they actually want them to look like that (which I don't understand but maybe growing up with natural boobs makes you more insecure about "sagginess" than a tranny would be (who wants to prioritise looking natural over everything)).
