today i woke up with a stabbing pain in one of my boobs like someone was shoving needles into the piece of breast tissue right under the nipple. it wasn't chafing or anything bacuse i put band-aids on them and it didn't get better. but then it just randomly went away. on a scale of a light pinch to a having an open would stabbed with a toothpick it was like a 5. is this bad? what does it mean? never had this happen even when they were growing more rapidly.
