Give it to me straight, how "life changing" is FFS? is it worth dumping down a huge amount of cash when I should be saving for a house or something?

It's life changing. Get all rhe surgery and pills you can. Spend every dime and waking moment obsessing over looks which will fade by your 30s and be entirely gone in your 40s bro

this but unironically

If you are not passing all the time, but pass sometimes, then FFS can be life changing and allow you to live a normal life.

If you never pass, or always pass, then its probbaly not worth it.

In the first case it wont be enough most likely, in the latter case go get help for your BDD instead of getting surgery.

I pass the majority of the time, or at least get gendered correctly most the time. I have accidentally outed myself on multiple occasions by mentioning im trans to people who I assumed knew,

last time i got misgendered was by some dudebrow who jumped into an uber with me, and I was wearing jeans and a hoodie with no makeup
