I’m FtM (19 rn graduating this year) and extremely short for my ethnicity and where I live (157cm in Germany, for reference my 11f and 10m cousins are taller than me).

I have broad shoulders, etc so my build isn’t an issue. I pass but nobody takes me seriously; I’ve had both women and men get very touchy with me, usually either bordering on sexual harassment or qualifying as sexual harassment. When I tell them to stop, they don’t stop and I typically have to physically shove or pry their hands off me, so I usually get blamed for it anyway.

I’m planning on joining the military since it is the only viable career path for me which is just going to make my issue a whole lot worse.

Does anybody know how to cope with essentially being ignored and treated like a child? How do I not let it get to me and learn how to act like an adult when it is demanded of me in certain situations?
