Depends on how late your puberty was. I started at 16 but am basically a young shit because my puberty was really late and my voice hasn't even really dropped yet.

Yeah it's weird. Like I was 16 and everyone thought I was a freshman still and I got bullied for my voice never dropping. Recently my sister got a gene test for an unrelated condition and apparently she is positive for almost all the late puberty genes and I probably have them to.
