I don't know if this is just an issue with me and I need to get my hormones checked but I feel like I have suddenly kicked into male puberty again and more. I started HRT at 19 and everything has been going fine like I was getting my voice under control and got laser and stuff. I'm 21 now and in the last couple weeks I've had a ton of facial hair I never had even before laser pop up and my voice has been really fucky. Am I just gonna have to deal with more male puberty even though I'm on hormones and shit or is their maybe something more wrong that I should get checked out. This only started really recently and I've been kind of panicking, I'm not sure what to do. I know that normal male development has more puberty stuff going on in their 20's so maybe I;m just hitting that idk. Is my only solution just to get an orchiectomy asap. I'm really scared of whats gonna happen, I felt like I was kind of figuring it outtldr puberty is happening again is this normal?

I hope not, my labs have seemed fine and everything was going well up till now, I take 6 mg estradiol and 200 mg spiro. my last labs were 199 pg/ml estradiol, 0.2 pg/ml free testosterone 0.3 ng/dl bioavailable testosterone and 5 ng/dl testoterone total, ms. I took the test in mid-february this year and havn't changed my routine since taking it.
