>>42853863yeah i used to be extremely isolated in my mid 20s and this is more or less how i started rebuilding my social life. in my case i already had a plan to move away when i started going out again and that really helped me will myself to do things i never normally would. like the concept of "doing it wrong" doesn't rly mean much when you think you're on limited time, right? anyway i never ended up moving and now i just have an irl social life again, dating seems to kind of flow naturally from that? but i didn't make it the focus when i was building all this, like i got back into casual sex but didn't take it further than that until i felt secure that i had a real circle of friends again.
