I'm 9 mo. into DIY HRT and I'm 99% sure I now have given myself moderate thyroid problems at 21 since my sleep schedule is messed up and I now have a ton of fatigue affecting my uni work (which I had to go to the doctor for) :/

There is no reason for you to be tired due to hormonal changes other than dropping too LOW, especially when T drops at the start. Thyroid conditions are often diagnosed in your 20s, it likely has nothing to do with HRT

you know, i really wanna trust you guys but i'm quite hesitant to do that for obvious reasons. I'll take my next E dose after I get some level of confirmation that this is not hormonal, I can't miss work due to health problems and the transition isn't going to fail if I wait just a damn day or two

bloodwork costs several times as much as the HRT does for me and would require me to go through bureaucratic loops and humilliate myself by leaving the house. I'd rather just get a brain tumour
i get labs every 90 days <3 and std/sti labs done every 90 days or sooner if anything happens.i am honestly surprised i dont have stds by now.
