I am a millennial zoomer and I work too hard at work at my big girl job. I hate it. :DWhen you're 25 you're working hard and making a lot of money, then at 30 you get tired. During a bad economy you're like wtf is the point of this. I'm just too tired, all I do is work, do chores, invest my money, and doomscroll. I don't even really talk to my friends that much or hang out anymore. Even if you make well over six figs it's not enough money, the tiktok zoomers are right. Anything under $400k isn't worth it. Inflation made the dollar worthless and most of us cannot buy a home even if you have high income, because starter homes are like $500k. It would cost $1m to buy a shed in the boonies. It isn't worth it because you need to repair everything and then you go housepoor because the housing bubble may or may not pop. I try to play games to pass the time but I don't always have the energy. It's not worth it to have experiences with people anymore when a hamburger costs $25 in burgerland. When you're 25, you have the energy to stay out all night partying. But then the millisecond you turn 30, you're like oh I can't do that anymore I'm an unc. Adult life is just working, going home, then doomscrolling. I wouldn't even know how to juggle kids on top of that. I have to be my own parent and that's already too much. Don't become 30, being an adult is gay.
>>44910224>25 you're working hard and making a lot of moneyyou're making money?
>>44910224I'm 28 and more or less in the same boat as you.Grew up during good times, fell for the meme that hard work = good life, and now I'm just kinda floating around doing random shit for pennies on the dollar after repping in the military didn't appeal to me anymore. Trooned out right after I got out too, I at least did it at 23 so I didn't totally fuck myself.Ever since leaving the goyservice I don't really know what to do anymore. Everything just kinda sucks in general, there's no such thing as a "good" job anymore unless you're one of those annoying faggots who win the lottery and tell everyone>just network bro, i got my job after dick sucking my bro and his bro's family is a network of millionaires Seriously, fuck those faggots. I'm sitting in college just wasting away my GI bill cause I have nothing better to do and at least it gets me money for doing almost nothing all day, even if it comes at the cost of my mental health of being around terminally retarded super zoomers who've grown up on chatgpt, iPads, and chromebooks their whole life and aging millennials who still think the solution to all our woes is super inclusive gay open border communism. I'm in a position of privilege right now because my boyfriend pulls the slack of finances in our relationship letting me bum about a bit but I realize that's scummy and I can't do it forever but I also don't know what to do either. I just cope by drinking in excess and splurging on my hobbies. Dunno what else I can do when there's no sign anything gonna get better anytime soon for anyone. At least zoomers are more self aware of how bad everything is than previous generations, in spite of how dumb some of them may be. They have the right idea but they're fairly misguided right now. If they're not falling into the neet hyper-progressive rabbithole they're falling into the equally gay Andrew Tate alpha male/woman money maxxing rabbithole.
>>44910224I dunno I think it's fun. When I was little I was worried that modern life is solved to the extent that it would be all play and no challenge. Turns out that was all just a jewish lie and there are still plenty of failure conditions you need to guard against
>>44910224iktf I grinded hard from like 25-32 before quitting my job and living on my (modest) savings. It will have been a year in february, and I am no closer to what I want, but not working is really nice. Realistically I could pay my rent and not work for another year or so but idk if I should do that to my life savings without a real plan. but like whats the point

What is it with zoomers and 30. My life started ramping up at about 27, i just turned 32 and I've gained a spouse, an actual career, rediscovered old hobbies and gained new ones, met a bunch of new people and made new friends, and have the money to do damn near whatever i want.
>>44910733younger zoomers grew up in a time of rapid cultural displacement and technological change and thus idealize and fetishize youth because they no longer have any tangible connection to it anymorethe solution is killing nostalgia in your brain as it's the ultimate mind poison but zoomers seem more contempt to die a slow death in a place where no one exists anymore

>>44911666I had no direction in my life for an extremely long time, all i did was play video games, come home and get drunk in an empty apartment, and i eventually ended up being a college dropout working 60 hour shifts at warehouses to barely keep the lights on. I met my wife during one of my gaming travels, i realized i had to do more if i wanted anyone to love me, and i focused the next few years to getting it all together. I finished college, got my degree, job hopped for a few years until i landed at the company i am currently, where I've been here 3 years and quickly accumulated raises and a title change. She moved in with me (and funnily enough made more than me when we started dating) and we eventually ended up building a life together. Her loyalty when i was at my lowest in between stuff like layoffs and multiple family deaths ended up being the deciding factor on why i married her. I also realized when i stopped putting all my eggs in the basket of gaming that i like doing other things. I took up sculpting, martial arts, and reading. I still play but I'm far more balanced, and i think that came with time and maturity.
>>44910224I started my transition at 30, so I'm making my 30s better than my 20s. Fuck your 20s, you spend the entire time trying too hard to "get ahead" and shit like that, constantly feeling lost and aimless. In my 30s life is stable, I focus on myself, and don't take my big girl stuff too seriously, it's a job I put time into and get money out, and nothing more. And I'm spending all my savings on surgeries, fuck it I'm gonna look like I'm in my 20s until I reach my 40s, and then I'll switch to old woman mode and start knitting and shit.

kinda the opposite I was in a very abusive and toxic family dynamic financially supporting my siblings and caring for my bpd meth addicted sister. They stole a decade of my life. At 29, I left them and haven't spoken or seen them since. living my life now, making up for lost time, while healing from trauma, about to do an MA, I live with mid 20s artsy types so always seeing cool shit, have like a couple boys I see, in the best shape I've ever been in my life. I try not to beat myself up too much that I'm "behind", I was dealt some difficult cards but I'm making the best of it. Helps that I pass as mid-20s. excited to see how life goes.

I haven't even texted my family back for over a week. I would have been better off being a hooker instead of a corpo. If you traded places with me, you wouldn't enjoy the work to reward ratio. Also even if the hourly rate is very high it equalizes to be lower because you work too much, it's called salary slavery. >>44915691great story. why MA over MS? You mention partying a lot in your 20s and say that you can't do that in your 30s, why not? For example i literally had a party on my birthday last Saturday where I invited a bunch of my friends to my house, we played games, i made drinks, we got some pizza, etc. Yeah it wasn't some early 20s rager as I've never been a fan of those, but it was still fun. >>44917473Lol I've been laid off twice in our relationship without having job prospects and had mental breakdowns over it. >>44910645I'm cuter and more desirable now in my 30s than my 20s.
I think Zoomers have to realize they are rapidly approaching the time where life stops becoming something that is structured for you or that just happens to you, and you have to actively take the reins over your life in order to find happiness. There's no reason to fear getting "old" (30 isn't old btw) if you do this.>I won't be hotSkill issue. Exercise, take care of your skin, your hair, etc. I'm definitely not 23 anymore, but I get more compliments on my looks now than i did in the past. >Life will be nothing but working and going homeAnother skill issue. Find something you like doing. Say yes to every invitation. Go online, find a local event, just go and see where the wind takes you.
I could not disagree with your perspective more. For my 20's I was miserable and transitioning and broke. I don't make a huge amount of money now but its a comfortable middle class income for the first time in my life. Even though the cost of living is really high at the moment I live frugally because old habits die hard so I can save a bit from each paycheck which feels great. I feel upwardly mobile for the first time ever. Plus now I am 'done' with most of transition and so get to build a life for myself as a woman instead of fighting to have that starting point. I am still young enough to enjoy myself, and I'm old enough to also value peace a bit more. I still look young but enjoy the fact I no longer look/feel a bit childish. It just feels like my 20's only better.
>>44918423>>44918443>>44918352>>44917890>>44917846Basically I transitioned decently early but I'm not at all a youngshit. I'm more like a midshit but I didn't wait until 20s to transition, I noticed most of you are transitioning later. And I'm vain and I know men are shallow bastards. I spent my 20s having simps and now I am not a 21 year old girl. It's upsetting because there was a peak I can't go back to. The validation was intoxicating. it all goes back to me being a vain & shallow person. >>44917721it does get better but 99% of adults live very empty lives unless you get married & have kids late 20s. even then, it's constant stress. being old definitely sucks for most, I think trannies hit their lows early and that might be a good thing because they aren't ungrateful about their fortunes in life when they get it. I am privileged so I became ungrateful. but most millennials work so hard they could die from their own stress. they are the #1 slave generation. boomers THINK they work hard but they are lazier than zoomers. They are middle managers that sit in the office until 8 PM but they're not doing anything but delegating work and looking at their phone while waiting for their slaves to work. a millennial middle manager takes on all the stress of the company and would die for the job. >>44917613honestly gov jobs could be a good plan if the job market in your country is better. could be nice for a tranny. nice and comfy. I don't recommend being a corpo.
>>44917448Well you can fix your situation at 30, it just takes some work. It's not too late. >>44916039Getting married would be good for you>>44915921exactly it doesn't matter how you look. I don't blame women for lying about their age. >>44915891I just googled what this is and it's crazy. I've wanted to be a mother since I was 20.
>>44918496>The validation was intoxicating. it all goes back to me being a vain & shallow person.Doesn't it sound like you should work on this instead of dooming over age? Time doesn't relent for anyone, and if your entire self worth was based on something so immature, how will you ever cope with the ugly realities of the human experience?
>>44918556I can intellectualize the reasons why and do constant introspection but it's an uphill battle. My age alone impacts my dating prospects. I can let it go and say those men are bastards but it's still reality. the only thing I can do is accept it emotionally. or I can transbian it up with another 30 year old tranny. I genuinely don't think men will want to marry me. Definitely fuck me, date me. But marry, no. I was a career woman and I tend to sacrifice relationships for my career. that was always my priority. I feel like I want to lie and claim I'm 27.
>>44918589Admittedly I'm a chaser so take my opinion with a grain of salt but I'm the married anon from earlier. I'm 32 and she's 30. Should the worst ever come to pass i could not ever imagine trying to be with someone younger than late 20s. There is someone out there for you nona, you might just have to find them.
>>44918609I appreciate you for affirming that men would still love an older tranny. What I'm saying is true on average but you saying that makes me feel less doomer-ish. I am a vapid metropolitan corpo, but at least I'm self aware. I have a lot to offer in relationships on paper but I have glaring flaws emotionally. I would say I am good at being in relationships but they can probably always tell I don't need them. I was used to having a lot of male attention and it made me really ungrateful. I am good with emotional intelligence and social intelligence but I probably feel like a stranger as a lover. I'm not ride or die. I feel like being trans already hinders me in relationships, and now I'm 30, but you did make me feel better. It is my sense of entitlement because I was also annoyed being trans made a difference when I was younger, like if I was a cis woman I feel like I could get any guy. I'm entitled.
>>44918639I'm glad i could make you feel a bit better then. I know I'm just an anonymous stranger, but I believe we all go through things for a reason, and every season is important. Maybe the next part of your journey is meant to facilitate this growth so you can find your person, and get your happy ending.
Women are desired less as they age past a certain point, and it's especially difficult for trans women because by the time they can stop repping and finish transition they're already on the downward trend and didn't have the late teens early 20s cisf good times to balance it. That being said women are still marriage material into their early 30s, professionals especially are marrying later cis or trans. This is even independent of having to work, my cousins married wealthy cis women who were all around that age.
Weird. I'm a millennial chaser and feel like life has only improved as I've aged. Only thing really missing is a gf I could travel with and share life but that just feels like a bonus at this point.
>>44918496>And I'm vain and I know men are shallow bastards.even if this were true why do you care so much? genuine question. anyway i dom't agree, the hard truth is that if men no longer want you at the ripe age of 30 then it's probably because you have a shit egotistical personality (many such cases among trannies, i know plenty who look great but can't get a man and this is always the issue) or just generally don't bring anything to the table.>I spent my 20s having simps and now I am not a 21 year old girl. It's upsetting because there was a peakso what? i had simps too, what was so great about it? i don't miss the attention that much, i still felt lonely and unhappy then, i much prefer the life i have with my long-term partner now. mostly do you realise how sad it is to come on 4chan and post a thread like this? if you really did peak at 21 it's entirely your fault and you seem incapable of accepting this, the posts you're replying to prove this and your only comeback is to talk about how much men used to want you 10 years ago. respectfully, it's really pathetic.>it all goes back to me being a vain & shallow person.then you need to work on it. imo your main problem is just having nothing that really matters in your life, there's nothing that makes you feel connected to others so you stay in this self-absorbed bubble.>>44918589you're utterly deluded. there are plenty of 30-something single men out there who would date a 30 year old tranny, you just need to find one whose lifestyle and values align with yours. the main barrier apart from your untreated personality disorder as described above is that you can't have kids naturally which a lot of men will have an issue with, that's just life, but if you really are a midshit with a good career then you should have no issue finding a hot guy looking for dual income no kids. wasn't hard for me once i put myself out there irl and america is way, way better for dating as a tranny than our shithole country lol
>>44918866Why are you so upset and abrasive? I'm just venting. It is normal for cis women to miss their youth as well. Being an adult is just responsibility and most millennials are burned out to the max. >>44918827What about your 30s was better than your 20s for you? >>44918696Thank you. >>44918711Yep. Thank you for the perspective.
>>44918890because you're being a whiny bitch and you need a reality check, not to be affirmed in your hangups. i don't even think i'm being particularly abrasive but then again i know i (and most people from my general region of europe) can be a bit blunt especially for americans, though i do feel you're choosing to be offended by my tone and ignoring my core points. what i'm saying is that you should get over yourself, realise that having men fawn over you isn't the be all and end all, find some source of meaning in your life that isn't just work and being attractive. like in zoolander where he's like "don't you think there's more to life than being incredibly good looking" or something lol it's true. >It is normal for cis women to miss their youth as well.this is where i'm resisting the urge to say shit that would make you call me abrasive again ("miss their youth" lol are you 30 or 60?) but i can promise you that no well-adjusted cis woman is posting vent threads on 4chan about being an undesirable 30 year old. maybe they miss being in their early 20s *a little* but not to a point of being depressed like you.>Being an adult is just responsibility and most millennials are burned out to the max. go on sick leave for a week or so to breathe again. i had to do it this summer when a combo of work, personal stuff and my bf and i's home purchase got so much. don't complain so much if you're gonna do nothing to help yourself, this is what's upsetting me, you're whining but dismissing practical suggestions.
>>44919031You're being too adamant but you don't know me, there is no reason to be upset. >go on sick leave for a week or so to breathe again. if I was able to, and it were that easy.. I would do it. The team would absolutely fall apart if I was gone for a week and I'm not going to ask other burnt out zoomers or millennials to pick up my slack while I'm on PTO. Even though I'd do it for them, they're not just going to figure it out. I deal with high impact consequences. >no well-adjusted cis woman is posting vent threads on 4chanThat's a bad faith comparison, you just have a hate boner for me. I didn't say it'd be on 4chan, just that they have the same insecurities.
>>44918890>What about your 30s was better than your 20s for you?I'm more confident, I'm in better shape, I know myself better, I know better what I want, I know better what I like, I've gained life experience, I care much less about what other people think. Also better and cheaper technology has increased my quality of life noticably.
>>44919046>You're being too adamant but you don't know meyou could be a lot of other people i know with the same bullshit hangups and you all annoy me equally. especially since trannies always have similar hangups and always won't accept advice yet expect to vent and be listened to.>The team would absolutely fall apart if I was gone for a week and I'm not going to ask other burnt out zoomers or millennials to pick up my slack while I'm on PTO. Even though I'd do it for them, they're not just going to figure it out. I deal with high impact consequences.sounds like you need a new job. i've been the irreplaceable person who couldn't take time off before. one time i came back after two weeks on summer vacation during which everything fell apart and i got called in more than once only for the boss to yell at me as if it was my fault for daring to use my statutory vacation days. so i applied elsewhere and then i found something else and now i don't have this issue.>I didn't say it'd be on 4chan, just that they have the same insecurities.none of the cis women i know are this hung up about being 30 lol i'm so sorry but no, none of them. again if you were 40 i'd say something but 30 is young. fwiw i have a really good cisF friend who left her husband and moved abroad and found herself navigating the dating market all over again at 40 in a new country. of course she occasionally confided in me about her insecurities but without dwelling on them and then she pulled through and made it work. now this is someone i respect because she made it happen instead of wallowing in self-pity. but hey false equivalency right?

>>44919153No you're acting like a total boomer. Everything about you is imposing your own anecdotal experience on other then saying it's not hard. People are not monolithic. It's actually crazy that you as a tranny use your friends to speak for all women and invalidate someone else's feelings. Also the job market is extremely rough in 2026. Your own resentment towards me reflects on your personality deflects and trauma too. At least I am self aware and not trying to instigate with people. You're acting like a loon, calm down and be nice to others. Trying to be purposefully cruel is not productive and doesn't change my mind, just makes me think you are a dick. You give people bad advice based on your anecdotal evidence, it's not actionable because your own situation was different, then you seethe that they don't listen after you berate them.
>>44919234the only thing that's radically different about my situation is that i didn't sit around feeling sorry for myself and i pulled myself up by my bootstraps and improved my life, again and again, with no external help or even the slightest bit of sympathy from others. but you're right, i'm not changing your mind. i wish you the best of luck in finding a time machine, goodbye.
>>44919361>i pulled myself up by my bootstrapsYou really did the boomer meme. And invalidated me again by saying our situations are the same. The economy is different right now and we may not even live in the same country. You clearly aren't capable of any introspection. You are just indignant towards me for some perceived slight because I made the mistake of venting while having nice things in front of you.
