Okouchi at least brings a certain retarded energy to a project. Code Geass Roze could have benefitted from his involvement. He's a frustrating writer because he does have some good ideas and some interesting execution, but the man's concept of pacing leaves a lot to be desired. Doubly so for his inability to craft a satisfying ending.
