The plan was always to do something relatively light. Coco can still leave, so we have to use some caution. Then, an anon in the previous thread rightly pointed out that it wasn't reasonable to assume Coco knew what she was doing. With that in mind, I think we'll have to settle for some light humiliation.

I'm constantly torn between trying to move things along and not wanting to break the narrative. When it was Rarity, it was easy to justify some kind of sexual scene since she was stuck. Coco is much harder, and I'm expecting Twilight to be extremely difficult. Still, I think that part of what makes this green good is how restrained it is. There's a bunch of lewd stuff, but it has to fit into a more grounded context. Raping Rarity was done while trying to avoid detection, getting Coco is largely constrained by a business arrangement, and lewdness in general has to find its niche in wider society. It would be easy to just say that everypony was thirsting for dick, but that would be a very different green. I'm hoping that it'll be worth the trouble when she finally puts on her collar.

Somebody a few threads ago gave me a great idea for filling this role. It was probably better than they even realized, since it ties nicely into both Coco and Twilight's story, while fitting existing arcs nicely. The problem was it didn't make any sense in the existing context. The Empire was poor, and the royal family weren't respected. They've endured a serious attempt to destroy the Empire, which can help secure some amount of respect, and they have a cash flow. It's now plausible that Cadence would have modest funding for fun projects. They're far from being rich, but a stable cash flow makes budgeting a lot easier.
Could I have handwaved that stuff away and gone ahead to the fucking? Yes. But it would have annoyed me.

It's noncon fic about Rainbow Dash. Some two (or three) stallions break into her room, tie her up, revenge rape and impregnate her for Lightning Dust who is there with them but masked. They had reason to believe that the sabotage on the Empire was intended to leave the Crystal Heart vulnerable. For reasons that haven't been stated but are probably fairly clear if you think about it, they think Chrysalis was responsible. Shining Armor didn't shoot, because he didn't know who was approaching. Cadence shot because she also didn't know who was approaching. This was meant to suggest that she's to excitable to wield that kind of power responsibly. Luna is also partially to blame for not properly announcing her arrival.

You probably guessed that I had Zecora in mind for that idea. The gist of it was that she would be a runaway widow of a deceased great zebra king/emperor/warchief ( whatever hierarchy you would have thrown in for them ) who despite her love and commitment to her deceased partner, didnt want to be subjected to the post ritual and chose to escape and live hidden inside Equestria.
It would have been something related to her that could have been brought up in case you decided to go with the EAW map and the Storm Kingdom proximity with Zebrica. Or even used in the story in case there was a bounty for her capture, which the Storm soldiers would be after

That's actually really interesting. Now that you mention it, I'm surprised I've pretty much never seen this concept in bondage.
Nailing to a plank would make them movable around, but just unable to lift a hoof. Nailing to the floor, if there's a way to get to the floorboards, would be a scarily semi-permanent way to anchor the pony in one place without the possibility of going anywhere until the nails get undone, otherwise being 100% dependent on others to provide the necessities, and completely helpless.
You could also nail them to a rocking horse base. I've seen plenty of rocking horse bondage, but usually using straps and the like. Using nails would let you actually transform a pony into a rocking horse and keep them that way.
