I was recently looking through some threads, and I saw the thread about forgotten ponies, and I saw her, Tolly/Tolerance Pony. I’m just really curious on what her lore is. Someone did reply saying a brief description of her law but it used certain acronyms that I didn’t know so can someone help explain?

From what I remember, Tolly has been silently following the fandom since the very beginning and was slowly fading away in the later years.
