I've never actually listened to Neutral Milk Hotel, but I've been telling people on the internet that they fucking suck for years

only one good song in this album

I listened when i was 15. Didn't get it. Never listened again. Shit on it everytime it's brought up. Don't remember a single note.

>Shit on it everytime it's brought up
They get super pissed off when you do that, and I figure they wouldn't be getting so defensive about it unless it was true.

i listened to it for the first time a couple weeks ago. it was alright. not really fuss-worthy though. i liked the song about anne frank. it makes sense because she was deaf and the whole song was essentially made for deaf people.

On Avery Island is their best album.

>>
>>121565596
It's seen a decline in popularity mostly because people have caught on to how cheesy it is

This. It's too emotionally sincere for the ironic generation(s)

>>
>>121565232
I vaguely recall they played the C note a few times on the album
>>
>>121571754
you say this but it's mostly zoomers that like it nowadays and the millenials that've turned on it
>>
>>121565596
overshadowed by black asses and billie eilish discussing the pH levels of her vaginal fluids
>>
>>121565131
I own several of their albums and I can confirm they do. Luckily I have the required amount of brain damage to enjoy them.
