Is Berklee book just as good as 'the school'?
>>
You can learn theory with pretty much anything. all you need to know is the general chord naming scheme and what scale degrees are, all of which you can honestly do in a month from home sans book. music school chuds won't agree, but theory beyond the basics is worthless. Interval training comes naturally w/practice too

everyone who goes to berklee needs to kill themselves. i live in boston and these retards actively make the music scene worse in every way, and they act like they're better than you while doing it. wasting your parents' money to forget how to make music with any human element. a school that teaches anything other than classical shouldn't even exist, folk and popular music should not have an orthodoxy or be treated as a normative field. pisses me off. if you went to berklee and you're reading this you should rope
