So I posit that we release every violent "criminal" from prison, and put a leg shocking device on their ankles, and we give every non "criminal" citizen a hand held shocking button so that if these poor victims of circumstance tried to do violence to someone, that someone could give them a severe shock and incapacite the violent doer. We could even give the shocking buttons to kids to protect them against released convicted child rapists and killers. This is my dream for a new UTOPIA, that shall arise after "OUR GUY" burns it all down
