His first arrest he was out that day and his second arrest was also only for a few hours, albeit overnight.Also, this stemmed from multiple photos and suspected bail violations, only the first of which was for the gun shit.tl;dr The dude was suspected of online harassment for posting photos of someone else's house and himself armed. I'm not saying he deserved all the bullshit he got, but I understand why the cops at least investigated.
